The 2010 Power Rankings is an informal analysis of the relative strengths of each squad. The NCC had chosen to focus on three main criteria: Years joined in NCC, Historical ranking, and current strengths.  Though it is an informal analysis, the NCC reserves the right to publish it in the spirit of discourse. We hope that this promotes fun discussion and analysis among cheerleading enthusiasts and fans alike.
